Janet Leigh married Tony Curtis between June 1951 between June 1951 and September 1962. She's the mother of Kelly Curtis (and Jamie Lee Curtis) and Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh was discovered by the actress Norma Shearer Leigh signed a agreement with MGM to start her career as a film star in the late 1940s. Through the 1960s, Leigh appeared in films that were popular, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho as well as Living It Up.

As I was a mom with one child on me and others in the cradle, I worked 12 hours a day cleaning floors and tear off wallpaper. Ha! The house was getting closer to being done, yet we were a long distance away. The project would require a lot of money effort and shopping my favorite to furnish this home. To keep the budget in check, I started going to estate sales with three sons to find gems hidden in the dirt. The weekly ritual was that we would stroll through garage and estate sales on Saturdays and Thursdays buying a mixture of antique and brand new furniture. Then I would spend the rest of my time painting and sanding out in the driveway. My first impression was like... this is the moment my love for restoring furniture was born.
